How it works:

Cash Return of 22% Per Year!

(based on annual cash flow / total cash invested or annual ROI)

Market Value: $126,654
Location: Kansas City, MO
House: 1 Story 3 Bedrooms 1 1/2 Bath
Buyer: $500 Down $350 Month
Note Amount: $49,500

As purchased at $18,500 and your buyer pays you $350 a month for a
year for a total of $4,200. That give you a cash return of 22% for that
year! Are your CDs or Money Market accounts or 401K doing that well?

Potential Profit of $13,675 or 73%!


Market Value: $126,654

This is the same home that you purchased at $18,500 and you season the
note on the home for a year at a Note Value of $49,500. Our system then
