The real estate calculators and mortgage calculators and business calculators created on website were developed to aid the small to intermediate investor in numerically understanding the financial implications of owning real estate.
Home owners and investors should annually be
1) performing a five year forecast of their property holdings and
2) should be reviewing their mortgage costs for possible refinancing.

You know your bid needs balance. If you bid too low you will not be able to purchase enough properties to realize a profit. AND bidding too high might mean if you do get the bid you will not make any profit or even worse lose money.
