Building a strong buyer's list in NJ

Hello all my name is Ivan.

I currently invest in all of New Jersey. I currently have assigned 4 contracts and looking for hungry buyers out there. I have 6 current buyers but i need to expand my list.

I have a great knack of finding great deals of up to 40% off the FMV! Instant Equity, completing short sales, and finding those REO's.

I am young (24) but I'm very hungry to succeed in the field of Real Estate. I also have much knowledge on real estate as i love to learn. Knowledge is power and power leads to great success.
